Pictures and News!

These are pictures of the meeting before the last one, since I didn’t get any last time. 😦

What we did this meeting was split up into four groups. Each group had a piece (literally!) of a puzzle (figurative and literal)

Hannah, Heidi, and Cady talking about actively serving God…

Sydney, Emily, and Audrey talking about being “adorned” with good works, and also about prayer.

Cierra, Cheryl, Nadia, and Maria talking about abiding in God’s love…

Vanessa, Hannah, and Carissa talking about focusing on eternity and how that must be our motivation in all of this.

At the end of our group discussions, each group presented their “piece of the puzzle”. Here is Cierra’s group presenting their part! 🙂 Each group would add their puzzle piece, on the back of which they had written some key points from their topic.

And here’s the completed puzzle!! 😀

After we talked about all of that, we talked about some practical ministry projects for us to do as a group. We all got very excited about them, and so we will be working on doing many of the things we talked about!!

Last week we focused on prayer, and our goal for the next two weeks (ending this Monday) was to pray “as much as we can, as hard as we can.” How have you been doing, girls? 😉 I’ve been praying that you would pray!

Now, for the news: Bright Lights is this Monday! (The 28th) We will be starting at 6:00 and ending at 8:30, as usual.

We will be having a sleepover for the older girls (13 and up) at Audrey’s house on April 8th to 9th. We will be doing many different things; practical, encouraging and fun. 😉 More on that coming later, but I just wanted to give you a head’s up.

See you Monday, hopefully! God bless!
