Meeting Report!

Standard

Unfortunately, the camera wasn’t out until the end of the meeting, so we just have a few pictures.  😦

Getting drinks…

Weird picture…

Another weird picture… I was ordered to put it on the blog by the photographer. 😉 So blame her, not me. And no, I’m not the photographer. 😀

The message was about glorifying God in practical ways… by reflecting His beauty in three main areas: our hearts, our outward appearance, and our areas. The assignment is to pick one area to make and keep orderly and beautiful. 🙂

We practiced some songs to present at a nursing home soon–hopefully in November. We’re also going to memorize Psalm 100, and just so we’re all memorizing the same version, here it is:

Psalm 100

1Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

2Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

3Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

5For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
